This is a historic document: the resume of Captain Edward A. Murphy, Jr. — the Murphy of Murphy’s Law. It was published on the back cover of an issue of the Annals of Improbable Research. Murphy and colleagues John Paul Stapp and George Nichols were awarded the 2003 Ig Nobel Prize in engineering (Murphy and Stapp won it posthumously; representatives of each of them attended the Ig Nobel ceremony).
