Dealing With an Angry Public

How can you avoid disaster when your organization has triggered a crisis that threatens your reputation and your image?

The answer, say the orginizers of the timely Dealing With an Angry Public seminar, is to attend their seminar. It will be held at or near Harvard Law School on April 30—May 1. And, if that doesn’t work, you can attend again on November 12—13.

“A great program! I’m walking away with a principled approach to deal with an angry public.”
Col. Boykin Jordan, Jr., Commander, 55th Communication Group, U.S. Air Force
