For that, I want to publicly express my gratitude to Raymond Smullyan. Not long ago I read his book What is the Name of this Book?, which is probably why I was curious enough to pick up Pam Stenzel’s book when I happened across a copy of it. Pam’s book has lots more juicy physical stuff.
