It’s got lots about heads and lots about animals, and oddities, and animal oddities—and much more. The cover photos show Arturas Zuokas, the mayor of Vilnius, Lithuania, accepting the Ig Nobel Peace Prize for demonstrating that the problem of illegally parked luxury cars can be solved by running them over with an armored tank.
