The element gold (symbol: Au, atomic number 79) has been put to many uses. Here’s one, an object offered for sale (in any of three sizes — 16 mm, 18, mm, and 21 mm, in prices ranging from $29 to $48) by the Vatican’s Vatican Gift shop in Rome. The official description says:

And that’s not all! The Vatican Gift shop also says:
