Downside to coffee enemas, free

Coffee enemas, the treatment of kings (or at least of some of their progeny), are not panaceas, hints a new study. The publisher’s web site makes a generous offer. It says: “Proctocolitis caused by coffee enemas FREE“. Here’s a screen capture:
The study is: “Proctocolitis caused by coffee enemas,” Keum B, Jeen YT, Park SC, Seo YS, Kim YS, Chun HJ, Um SH, Kim CD, Ryu HS., American Journal of Gastroenterology, vol. 105, no. 1, January 2010, pp. 229-30. The authors explain: “We experienced a case of proctocolitis caused by coffee enema in Korea. We suggest that coffee enema carries considerable risk of provoking unwanted complications and should be reconsidered as an alternative treatment.”
