This crusading amphibian has not her head in the clouds, except to the extent that she scans the skies for approaching tornadoes. In furtherance of that lofty goal, Safety Frog stars in the film “Tornado Safety,” in which (say the promoters) she teaches children how to stay safe during a tornado.
