Procedure for Starting Your Own Chapter

If you would like to organize a local Chapter, please prepare a web page and submit the URL to the editor of the Annals of Improbable Research <marc atttttttttttttt improbable dotttttttttttttt com>. The editor will submit it to the Bureaucracy Club's Board of Bureaucratic Pre-Processing, for possible referral to the Bureaucracy Club's Board of Bureaucratic Processing, who will determine whether to tender it to the Bureaucracy Club's Board of Bureaucratic Post-Processing for transferal to the Bureaucracy Club's Board of Bureaucratic Posting. Upon approval and confirmation of the the approval, we will then add a link here to your Chapter's web site.
