AIRHEAD TECH NOTES--
Water Prevents Dehydration

by Ernest Ersatz, AIR staff

We received an important email message. At least we believe it must be important. At the very least we think it might be.

We are a bit puzzled by certain aspects, and appeal to you, our readers, for explanation and perhaps guidance. Here is the message:

What Puzzles Us

The message was followed by a (to us) bewildering 243-character URL. Neither we nor our Netscape browser nor our Microsoft browser could make sense of this URL. It was so puzzling that we do not reproduce it here for fear of causing our computer, or perhaps your computer, to crash.

We could not make contact with the sender of the message, an undoubtedly thoughtful and public-spirited person whom we know only as "biz1man40@connect-ed.net"

Most puzzling to us, though, is the content of the message. First, the name of the product (or is it s service?). "TODAYS' WATER" has an apostrophe after the "s" rather than before it. Does this signify that the phrase is supposed to be a trademark?

Our Dogged Search

We could find no trace of it in a web search (we spent a solid 24 hours conducting he searchs for the phrase and for kindly person, biz1man40@connect-ed.net, who sent the message to us.

After these many hours of searching we are tired, yes, but above all we are thirsty. Dehydrated, really. And a TODAYS' WATER metered bottle sounds like just the thing that would help us. A very inexpensive way to VIBRANT health is just what is called for. It would indicate the exact amount of water we have had for the day and automatically meter out eight 8 oz. glasses recommended by most health providers including, we expect, our own doctor.

Yet we could not figure out how to obtain a TODAYS' WATER metered bottle. Our search came up dry.

We would appreciate hearing from anyone who could help us on this matter. What we would appreciate even more, though, is hearing from someone who can assure us that our friend biz1man40@connect-ed.net is still alive and well, and that he or she is sufficiently hydrated, and does not suffer from illnesses such as extreme fatigue , lower back pain ,respiratory problems, fibromyalgia ,intestinal disorders , kidney failure , loss of appetite or any of the other diseases that lurk beneath the level of our conciousness.

Our friends' health is a matter of great concern to us, as our health apparently is to them.
