GREAT NAMES IN SCIENCE --
Christian Sinn
Spotlighting individuals who have made a name for themselves
Christian Sinn is making a name for himself at the Institut für Physik at Johannes Gutenberg Universitãt in Mainz, Germany and at the Institut für Angewandte Physik in Bern, Switzerland.
Sinn conducts research on colloidal physics.Sinn is the author or co-author of numerous scientific papers, including the popular "Structure and Deformation Behaviour of a Vinylidene difluoride - Tetrafluoro-ethylene - Hexafluoro-propylene Terpolymer."
Sinn is not without hobbies. Sinn enjoys reading Arthur Koestler's academic sizzler novel "Die Herren Call-Girls" (published by Scherz, München, 1973). Sinn also likes jazz and beer, disproving the old canard that a man of science has to be dull.
