Sausages and xenophobia : strange?

Dr. Keir Waddington, reader in History and Head of History and Welsh History at the Cardiff School of History, Archaeology and Religion, Cardiff University, Wales, is in the process of examining the cultural position of the sausage. His recent paper : The Dangerous Sausage: Diet, Meat and Disease in Victorian and Edwardian Britain (Cultural and Social History, Volume 8, Number 1, March 2011 , pp. 51-71(21))
