Jessica King has joined the Luxuriant Flowing Hair Club for Scientists. She says:
I’m a undergraduate chemistry research scientist at the University of Central Florida. I previously worked on Cerium Oxide nanoparticles, and was the first author on a paper still pending review. Currently I am working on plasmon effects of metals using various dyes. I think I have luxurious hair because many of the dyes I work with are attracted to my flowing locks, and I often leave the lab with Rhodamine or Nile Blue colored highlights in my hair.
