Julia Lunetta, accompanied by pianist Neara Russell, illuminated by human spotlight Jim Bredt, and adored by Miss Sweetie Poo, sings “A Perfect Diet Regimen” — a song from “The Atkins Diet Opera“. This short video was filmed at the Central Square Theater in Cambridge, Massachusetts, at the Improbable Research Cabaret that was part of the 2009 Cambridge Science festival. This was Julia Lunetta’s cabaret singing debut. The song, and the opera of which it is a part, premiered in 2004 as part of that year’s Ig Nobel Prize Ceremony.
